Established during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, The Omega Training Camp (OTC) is a new fitness program burning up to 1,000+ calories a session, utilizing the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's style of "stepping" called "Party Hopping" as cardio, mixed with calisthenics, in the form of High Intensity Interval Training, to get members of the fraternity in shape, promote fellowship, and provide life-changing health results.

OTC was created and led by the Internationally recognized "Michael Jordan of Hopping", Leon Spencer III (1-2009-Tau Epsilon)! Omega Training Camp is a tool he is using to get his fraternity brothers into the best physical and mental shape possible to offset what was referred to as “COVID weight gain".

Being a fitness enthusiast and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Leon saw the need for a “High Intensity Hop Training” (HIHT), The idea of the Omega Training Camp was to offer an alternative workout to weight training or being limited to using exercise equipment, and it started with Leon simply hopping as a form of cardio. It didn’t take him long to realize that hopping helped him maintain his fitness and increased his cardiovascular health, all the while keeping him fit and trim. Seeing the benefits of hopping first hand prompted Leon to utilize his social media platform, which he’s been known to use to display his hopping prowess. This allowed him to expose others to the many benefits of hopping, such as weight loss, stress relief, increased endorphins, improved cardiovascular health, and an overall sense of improved well-being. Out of this, Omega Training Camp was born!
