Free appointment with primary specialists (pediatrician, therapist, general practitioner, dentist, gynecologist) is guaranteed by Federal Law 323 of November 21, 2011 “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation”. The presence of an appointment with a narrow specialist and the number of free tags determines the region.
