This dictionary is based on the print dictionary "Ntotoli̱ ya Lubwisi" published in 2011 by the Kwamba Lubwisi Development Association and SIL International.

Lubwisi is a Bantu language spoken in western Uganda. The language is also spoken in the Democratic Republic of Congo where it is called Kitalinga. (ISO 639-3 language code: tlj)

The vocabulary has been selected to cover a variety of words that people use in their daily conversation—both informally, and during wider interactions in moral, social, political, agricultural, commercial, and other avenues.
