The Alfred Health Patient Portal is now available as a mobile phone application. It is designed to reflect all functions in the web version of the Patient Portal, with the convenience of a phone application on your device. You will have access to information such as your health profile, some test results, a record of your past procedures, letters and discharge summaries, and COVID-19 test results. Please note that while your COVID 19 test results will be available for you to view this is not a contact tracing app.
At any time you can contact the Alfred Health portal support team to request that your registration / account is deleted or any data published (including discharge summaries, letters or pathology results) be deleted from publishing to your portal account.
