The platform offers users seamless experience to search, view, and share detailed listings of available vehicles, with location-based filters and access to verified information. All vehicles listed on the platform may be physically inspected at the Company’s authorised parking yards located across India.
Access to and use of the application is permitted to authorised users, including but not limited to customers, registered associates, and verified brokers. These users may utilize the application to:
Access real-time quotations;
Submit bids for listed vehicles;
Review relevant registration and insurance documentation for the vehicles, as shared by the Company.
All transactions and interactions carried out via the Motorgaadee platform shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Company in this policy, as well as applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and purchase of pre-owned vehicles in India.
