The Kutim E-Kin application is a Human Resource Information System application that is implemented in all East Kutai District Offices. This application has many features such as online attendance, report management, task management, ASN profiling and performance appraisal of each ASN.
The main purpose of this application is to assist superiors in assessing their members in carrying out their duties. There will be added value for every positive thing that is done and there will also be a reduction in value for every violation committed by each ASN.
