The Ruf VLP app for the on-call bus in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district is used by passengers to obtain information and book a possible trip offer. Both the on-call bus and classic scheduled services can be taken into account.
The passenger starts the connection search by entering the start, destination, date and time. Possible trips for the connection you are looking for are then displayed sorted by time. In addition to the general information about the trip, the on-call bus informs you about the booking required for the corresponding trip. The passenger can book this trip by selecting a “BOOK TRIP” button under the trip details.
The Ruf VLP app provides real-time information. In this way, the passenger finds out when the on-call bus will arrive at the booked starting stop.
Booking an on-call bus requires the passenger to be registered in the Ruf VLP app.
The passenger can also cancel a booked trip in the Ruf VLP app.
