The VALMEZ public transport mobile application serves passengers from Valašské Meziříčí and its surroundings.
The main functions include searching for connections, displaying the current traffic situation on a map with the location of all public transport stops and the current location of bus routes in real time. It goes without saying that passengers are informed about emergencies and exclusions in public transport.
Users of the application can also choose their own virtual departure board, which will provide them with real-time information about the departures of all public transport bus lines from a given stop. With this step, they get the required traffic information immediately, without the need to repeatedly enter their route into the connection search engine.
Public transport in the city of Valašské Meziříčí and in the municipalities of Krhová and Poličná is free for all passengers. It consists of 7 bus lines that serve fully air-conditioned, low-floor, barrier-free and ecological (CNG-powered) Iveco, Urbanway 12 m and BMC, Neocity 9.5 m buses. All buses are equipped with the most modern technologies. The visual appearance of the interior and exterior of the buses is based on the design manual of the city of Valašské Meziříčí. The placement of any commercial advertisement is prohibited here.
The services provided by the MHD VALMEZ application are governed by the Contractual Conditions of Transport of the city of Valašské Meziříčí.
