These updates encompass both the form and functionality of the app. What this means is you can now do a lot and do it all easily. First off, we have redesigned Radar’s logo to capture its essence of comprehensive efficiency for both managers and agents. Also, the app’s UI now comes with a revamped navigation scheme aimed at improving your experience. We have also changed the look and feel of the Radar Store - the one-stop place for choosing the support metrics you want to monitor. Now, customize and reorder the insight screens the way you want. What more? You can also access insights and tickets already loaded in the app, even when you’re offline. On the agent detail screen, we now display the Gamescope trophies and badges of the agent, along with the list of those owned by other agents. Other new inclusions are the Strict mode for Blueprint and support for Layout Rules and Validation Rules. Hope these updates make your Radar experience more fruitful and worth your time.
