🔐 Role-Based Login System
The app ensures that every user accesses only the functionalities relevant to their role, minimizing clutter and maximizing usability. There are four primary user roles:
👨🏫 Headmaster Login
The Headmaster plays a central role in managing school operations. The app provides a dedicated interface with features that allow them to oversee teacher activities, approve or reject administrative requests, and ensure smooth academic operations.

View daily teacher check-in logs, including timestamp and location data to verify proximity to the school premises.
Leave and On-Duty Request Management
Headmasters receive real-time notifications when teachers submit leave or OD requests. They can approve or reject these with a single tap.

Validate teacher check-ins using geofencing data (within a 100-meter school radius). Unauthorized or distant check-ins are flagged.

Access real-time statistics on teacher presence, leave balance, and student attendance trends.
Manage Teacher Performance
Review teachers’ performance based on attendance consistency, on-duty task reports, and class engagement.
Reports and Exports

👩🏫 Teacher Login
Teachers have a customized dashboard that allows them to manage both their own presence and that of their students. The intuitive interface ensures teachers can quickly perform their daily administrative duties.

Self-Attendance with GPS Check
Teachers can only mark attendance if they are within 100 meters of the school premises. The app uses the device's GPS and notifies the teacher if they are outside the designated boundary.
Daily Student Attendance
Teachers can mark student attendance daily using class-wise student lists. Data is logged automatically with date and time.
Leave and On-Duty Requests
Submit leave and OD requests with justifications, date ranges, and optional document uploads. These are sent to the Headmaster for review.
Leave Status Tracker
Monitor the approval status of submitted requests in real time.
