The Digital Inspection allows you to create a customizable inspections to support a variety of inspection and workflow processes. Users can choose the category, priority, order and specify whether pictures/videos and additional details are collected. Third party applications, such as Point of Sale systems, can integrate to The Digital Inspection to automatically populate the list of inspections that need to be performed. Additionally, those systems can automatically pull back inspection results to be incorporated into workflows such as completing repair workorders, emailing customer reports, and notifying users of inspection activity. A user-friendly report of the inspection is automatically sent to the user and historic inspections can be reviewed using a branded portal.
