- As an FTM internal technician using the SC Provider app, you can view tech’s assigned WOs in a calendar view aligned with the Dispatch Board in Provider Automation. Select the My Schedule button on the Home screen to be redirected to the My Schedule screen. Contact your ServiceChannel representative to enable the feature.
