The app provides different roles, each with specific functionalities to ensure efficient management of the oil development process.
Seller Role
Sellers can register publicly within the app, but their accounts must be approved by an admin before they can access app features. Sellers submit new oil recipes for evaluation. Once submitted, a vessel is arranged to collect and deliver the oil sample to our laboratory for analysis. After testing, a report is generated. If the report is positive, the oil is published publicly in the app. If the report is negative, the oil is not published, but the seller may resubmit a new sample.
Sellers can track updates on their submissions via the app’s dashboard and view detailed reports. They must update company information before submitting a new oil recipe.
Admin and Superadmin Roles
Admins have full access to all app functionalities, including managing seller, vessel, and lab admin accounts. Admins can also update account roles and statuses.
Admins manage oil submissions. They can add oils to the public listing if they meet the required standards. Admins can remove oils from the listing if fraud is detected. They manage vessel appointments for transporting oil samples and approve or reject vessel requests related to maintenance, equipment issues, or upgrades during the delivery process.
Admins can add new laboratories, update their statuses, and monitor deliveries through the Lab Center module. This feature allows admins to efficiently manage and track the delivery process.
Admins also handle user feedback, responding to it and updating its status.
Lab Admin Role
Lab admins focus on the Lab Center module, overseeing the oil delivery process from the seller to the laboratory. They approve or reject vessel requests before and during the delivery process. After the oil arrives at the laboratory, lab scientists conduct experiments and generate reports.
Lab admins upload lab reports to the app, linking them to the corresponding oil submissions. They also manage vessel accounts, update vessel information, and assign tasks to vessels. Lab admins ensure smooth coordination between sellers, vessels, and the laboratory.
Vessel Role
Vessels are responsible for transporting oil samples from sellers to laboratories for analysis. Vessels can submit requests for maintenance or equipment issues before or during delivery. Once assigned a task, vessels pick up the oil sample from the seller and deliver it to the laboratory within the timeframe set by the admin.
Vessels update the app with the status of the delivery, including when the oil is picked up from the seller and when it is delivered to the laboratory.
Guest Role
Public users can go thru all published oil listing and detail info in dashboard.
Shared Features Across All Roles
All roles can submit feedback to the admin, ensuring clear communication. The Messages module provides important company announcements and updates on oil submissions.
Each role also has access to account management features, allowing users to edit their usernames and change passwords as needed.
