Urban Grievances Lodging App
The “eSamadhan DULB Haryana” (earlier Swachh Haryana) Citizen Mobile Application has been developed by the Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana.
This app is for Citizens to lodge their complaints regarding Municipal Services in their respective Municipalities .
Features:
* Complaints can be lodged under the following categories:
- Garbage collection
- Streetlights
- Road sweeping
- Nala cleaning
- Public Toilets
- C & D waste
- Stray Cattle/Monkey Catching/Dead Animal pick-up
- Sewerage Network (only for MC Panipat, Sonepat, Karnal and Faridabad)
- Storm Water Drain Network (only for MC Panipat, Sonepat, Karnal and Faridabad)
- Water Supply Network (only for MC Panipat, Sonepat, Karnal and Faridabad)
- Water and Sewer Connection (only for MC Panipat, Sonepat, Karnal and Faridabad)
- Water Conservation
- Birth and Death Certificate
- Marriage Registration
- PID/Property Taxation issues
* Based on the location submitted by Citizen the System automatically assigns the Complaint to the concerned Municipality / Vendor Inspector for resolution.
* At every stage of resolution an update will be made available under the ‘My Grievances’ section.
* Images of resolution at each stage and verification of resolution shall also be made available in the same section wherever applicable.
