Are you pregnant or have you recently become a mother?

I present to you my intensive program to help pregnant women have a healthy pregnancy and recover their body after childbirth through physical exercise.

If you are pregnant, we will train in a safe way for you and your baby without gaining excessive weight, without back pain, to avoid abdominal diastasis and urinary incontinence and prepare our body for childbirth.

If, on the other hand, you have already been a mother, I will help you recover your abdomen and pelvic floor, lose weight faster, improve your body by strengthening your muscles and feel happier and more positive by training in a HEALTHY way.

Additionally, every week we will do a group live session where you will train under my supervision and in the company of other moms. And we will review your work with the aim of maximizing the results of the program.
