In order implement ‘Birsa Harit Gram Yojana’ under MGNREGA Bagwani Sakhi cader is developed
who will support the proper implementation BHGY.For successfully implementation of BHGY it is
important to ensure the properly and timely completion of all activities under BHGY.Some important
activities under BHGY are- Plant Management,timely irregation,pruning,pest and disease
management ,plant protection etc.For better management of plants under BHGY a mobile app is
developed for Bagwani Sahki.Each Bagwani Sakhi will be mapped with benificiaries of BHGY with all
relevant information of benificiary like Benificiary name, land size on which plantation is done.
Bagwani Sakhi is responsible for monitoring the proper and timely implementation of certain
activities, which are provided in the app for regular updates, ensuring that the project management
unit stays informed.
