SmartAngler Open Beta is made for real anglers who want to cast rod and bait, and log every catch with precision. Track your time on the water, use rod and bait alarm, record which setups work best, and analyze catches based on conditions and location.Each fish has a full profile with rod, bait, note - like feeding, casting time, GPS, and weather.
Catches are saved in a calendar view for easy review. You can also auto-analyze statistics for all your catches and for GPS-based event locations to track performance over time.
Importing your previous catches from your phone brings the app to life from the very first session.
SmartAngler app works fully offline, syncing your data automatically once you're back online. All without ads and pop-ups !
Key Functional Features:
• Custom Rod & Bait – set up your rods, bait, and lures directly in the app. Name them however you like, add emojis or fun favorite names like “Rodzilla” or “Cornmaster 2000”
• Direct Rod & Bait Casting - activate and enjoy fishing ! The success of your rods and baits is tracked in the smart statistics.
• Casting Alarms & Time Tracking - get notified when it’s time to recast, check or change another bait. Choose from multiple alarm sounds and always be ready!
• Fast Catch Logging for Spinning - built for speed. Log your spinning catches instantly with a long press on the rod and another to take a photo. Just select the fish species and you're done – all in a few seconds. Get tons of useful information without interrupting your fishing session.
• Ultra-Fast Search & Smart Gallery Filter - quickly find any catch using advanced matrix filters by species, size, weight, rod, bait, and more.
• Catch Calendar - visual timeline of all your catches. The calendar records which days were successful and which weren’t. Tap on a successful day to view your catches.
• Full Catch Profiles - every catch gets its own profile with details: fish spieces, length, weight, rod, bait, method, date and time, casting time, weather, map location, weather, and notes.
• Automatic GPS Event Spot and Analysis - pick a location on the map, marking your favorite fishing spot or an entire water area. These GPS selections run in the background, and if you catch a fish in the marked area, all catches are linked to that spot.
Track complete statistics from each fishing spot and compare which locations are your most successful.
